Dierre De’Andre Smith, Sr. (“DB4TV”) was born on December 7, 1993 in Akron, Ohio to parents, Starlynn Garrett and Derrek Smith, Sr.
Dierre attended Miller South Visual of Performing Arts where he gained his love of acting and videography and where he was featured in his first movie. Dierre also attended Ellet High School, where he excelled in football and built a continuing relationship with his fellow players. After graduating, he turned his attention to videography. He picked up a camera and never put it down. He became “DB4TV” with over 3 million viewers, taking him to World Star, creating videos for as far as California, Las Vegas and Atlanta for “Lil Bootsie” and so many more.
Dierre turned his life over to God, attending Becoming A Light Ministries. He loved his children, his parents, traveling, creating videos and was always smiling, bringing fun everywhere he went.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Martha & J.C. Garrett, Bobby Watkins and Inell Bennett; uncle, Garland Smith and brother, Bernard Antoine.
He is survived by his children, Dierre D. Smith, Jr. and Kimora Smith; parents, Starlynn Garrett and Derrek Smith, Sr.; fiancée, TeQuilla McKnight; grandparents, Carolyn Watkins, Thomas Duck, James & Ruth Smith; siblings, Brittney & Richard Garrett, Karl Murray, Kimberly Thompson, Robert & Tyesha Logan, Nicole (Mario) Smith Pennyman, Derrek & David Hodges, Demetrius “Sir” & Damita “CJ” Smith, Eric Chambers, Darrean & DeErek Canty, Derrelynn Hazzard, Darrion Ollison, Dominque Williams, Ashley & Holli Clayton, Latoya & Lamarr Ware; special god-daughter, Bella; favorite auntie, Crystal Garrett; uncle, Anthony Davis; best friends, Timonte’ Anderson, Larry Sullivan, DeDonte Cheatham, Darren McGinnis, Jr., King Damon Antione, Bubbles, Cooie, Handsome Lollar, Jaronte Ammons, Tyler Jones, Darius Evans, A.
